Launch of Redhill into the Melbourne market with a brand new flagship campus CBD of approx. 1600m2. The space was designed to maximise the space and occupancy numbers where we were able to increase the occupancy from 300 originally allowable to 480, and additional 180 students at any one time.

We facilitated full floor fitout, carried out a full change of building use to Class 9b while managing design and documentation of new interior fit out for approx. 1600m2. We installed a disabled toilet and upgraded existing amenities, also carrying out a significant upgrade of existing base building mechanical services to suit client requirements and finally facilitated occupancy uplift of an additional 140 students per shift.
