We helped with the re-launch of Greenwich into the Sydney market with a brand new flagship campus CBD of approx. 2,000m2. The space was designed to maximise the space and occupancy numbers where we were able to increase the occupancy from 450 originally allowable to 900, and additional 450 students at any one time.

We facilitated full 4-floor fit-out, managed design and documentation of new interior fit-out, arranged complying development certificate and occupancy certificate including compliant Class 9b, while project managing full commercial fit-out, installing a disabled toilet and upgrading existing amenities, and carried out a significant upgrade of existing base building mechanical services to suit client’s requirements. And last but not least, we facilitated an occupancy uplift of an additional 450 students per shift, 100% capacity uplift.
