UNSW where looking to upgarde its main Student Services area to dramaticly improve it’s operational effectiveness and well as develop a contemporary atmosphere that reflected more of the Australian culture.

c2cglobal was engaged to undertake the works as a “D & C” (Design and Construct) project that involved providing the new design and tenancy layout, facilitating all associated construction works as well as the statutory certifications and approvals.

The main challenge to the construction was the necessity for the facility to continue to operate during the works. Even with this issue, the project was delived on time and budget without any disruptiion to the client’s service delvery and an outcome that well exceeded the clients expectations.
